Mediocre experience, despite cleanliness.

The bed's height made getting in tricky for shorter guests, but the friendly service from the staff and the charming decor of the hotel provided a pleasant retreat.

missingWrote a review on Aug 22broken elevator
With a broken elevator, navigating to the top floor became a trek requiring multiple stair climbs, which wasn't fun after a long day out. Minimal overhead lighting left the room dim at night, making it tricky to find essentials in the dark, and the lack of tissues in the bathroom was a missing touch that should've been standard. The bed felt a bit too firm for my liking, and limited counter space in the bathroom added to the morning hustle, especially when trying to get ready quickly before heading out.

Convenient yet Challenging Stay
Our family stay provided easy access to local attractions, but the broken elevator made navigating the three floors exhausting. We appreciated the clean room, but noise from neighboring guests woke us too early. Be prepared for long walks if you're on the top floor, especially with kids in tow!

Check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our standard king room was clean and had a nice fridge. The bed was firm, which might not suit everyone, and there was limited seating available for relaxing. Location was convenient for local attractions. Small bathroom but manageable for a night. Parking could be a bit cramped.

The hotel showcases beautiful decor blending modern and historical styles, creating a visually pleasing atmosphere. The Nespresso machine in the room was a welcome touch for my mornings, enhancing the overall experience. However, the lack of comfortable seating made it challenging to relax after a day of exploring, and the bed's height may pose difficulties for shorter guests. Additionally, parking felt cramped, which was somewhat inconvenient.

I stayed in a Standard King Room for a night. Room was clean and bright, which I really liked. The bed was firm but super comfy, and the pillows were amazing! Check-in was easy, and the staff even showed me how to work the lights. The only downside was that one side of the bed was right up against the wall, so getting out took a little shuffle. Overall, those little quirks didn’t ruin my stay at all!
